Ethics & Compliance

The principles that guide Talco Analytics in its work with clients, partners and suppliers.

Last updated:

Honest business conduct

We seek to describe our services, product availability, capabilities and commercial terms accurately. Proposals should identify the agreed scope, responsibilities, deliverables and charges. Unverified results, customer endorsements or partnerships must not be presented as established facts.

Anti-bribery and conflicts of interest

Bribes, kickbacks, improper commissions and facilitation payments are contrary to this policy. Business opportunities should not depend on an improper benefit to a public official, a private decision-maker or another person.

Gifts, hospitality and personal interests should not improperly influence a decision. Actual or potential conflicts should be disclosed to the appropriate Talco representative before a commitment is made and addressed transparently.

Confidentiality and responsible technology

Client information, credentials, intellectual property and commercially sensitive material should be used only for authorized purposes and protected according to the engagement. Access to a client system requires authorization. Information should not be disclosed to another client or reused for an unrelated purpose without a valid basis.

Technology work should respect applicable law, software licences and agreed data-handling requirements. Testing, automation and the use of AI tools should be proportionate to the task, with appropriate human review and authorization before sensitive client information is shared.

Lawful and fair dealings

We aim to comply with laws applicable to our activities, including relevant anti-corruption, competition, sanctions, export-control, privacy and employment requirements. Applicable restrictions should be assessed before entering a transaction.

Questions and concerns

Send an ethics or compliance concern to info@talcoanalytics.com, describing the issue and supporting facts without unnecessary sensitive information. If it concerns your usual contact, ask for review by another authorized representative. No separate independent whistleblowing hotline is currently designated.

Good-faith reports should be considered fairly and handled with appropriate discretion. Retaliation is contrary to this policy. Absolute anonymity cannot be guaranteed through ordinary email, and information may need to be shared with people assessing the issue or where required by law. Nothing in this policy restricts a person from using an external reporting channel or exercising a legal right.
